Cake Fillings
- Vanilla Sponge
- A moist, light but firm cake, usually layered with strawberry jam and buttercream.
- Chocolate Cake
- Rich, moist and very chocolaty! We only use the finest quality cocoa powder for flavouring - nothing else. Also available with chocolate chips.
- Rich Fruitcake
- Our traditional recipe uses only the finest natural ingredients, carefully baked to ensure a moist, flavoursome cake. Normally covered in a top quality, uncoloured marzipan - unless otherwise requested.
- Madeira Cake
- A classic cake with a subtle flavour and close texture. Very popular as a replacement for rich fruitcake, if you don't like fruitcake!
- Carrot Cake
- A delicious alternative to the more traditional cakes. Can be made with or without the addition of chopped walnuts, and layered with buttercream or cream cheese topping.
- Strawberry & White Chocolate Cake
- A smooth and sumptuous cake made with real strawberries and white chocolate shavings.
- Orange & Lemon Cake
- Made with the freshly grated zest of oranges and lemons. Cream cheese topping or lemon curd make an excellent choice for layering.
- Apple, Date & Walnut Cake
- A wonderfully moist cake where the natural bitterness of the walnuts is complemented perfectly by the sweetness of the apple and date.
- Banana Cake
- Subtlety spiced to allow those ripe, mashed bananas to shine through!
